FAQ

When will I get my laundry back?

Your clean and folded laundry will be returned to you the day after it is picked up.

What if it's raining or snowing when my clean laundry is dropped off?

If weather is bad, your clean laundry will be double-bagged. You can also leave a clearly marked tote for your laundry to be placed in. We do everything we can to take care of your laundry, however, we cannot be responsible for laundry damaged by weather after it's dropped off at your home. Please see Terms of Service for more information.

Do you treat stains?

Yes, we do. Please place stained clothing in a separate bag and make a not in your pick up request. We'll do our best to get it out, but can't guarantee that we will be able to. 

What if I have allergies?

We do our best to follow your selected preferences. However, if you are hyper sensitive or have severe allergies, please contact us prior to scheduling a pick up. 

Do you offer hang/line drying?

Yes, but please be aware that some items may be returned slightly damp. 

Can I choose my dryer and water temperature?

Yes, you will be able to choose your dryer and water temperature when you schedule your pickup.

What detergents, dryer sheets and bleaches do you use?

Do you offer ironing or pressing?

No, we do not offer ironing or pressing at this time. 

Can I add special instructions?

Yes! You will be able to provide special instructions when you schedule your pickup.

Will my laundry be washed or dried with other customer's clothes?

No, your laundry will not be washed or dried with other customers' laundry. 

Will my whites be washed separately from my colored items?

Yes, your white items will be washed separately. 

Do you wash soiled items?

We reserve the right to refuse service of items soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals or garbage. If we are unable to launder, your items will be returned unwashed.
